Sekhem Solutions provides enterprise artificial intelligence infrastructure, automated workflow integration, and software maintenance services. Specific deliverable parameters and recurring retainers are defined during checkout and service onboarding.
All upfront setup fees and monthly retainer subscriptions are billed securely through integrated payment gateways. Monthly retainers are charged on a recurring billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted operational system management.
All custom system architectures, automation logic, and proprietary integration scripts provided by Sekhem Solutions remain the property of Sekhem Solutions, licensed to the client for operational use upon full payment.
Sekhem Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API downtime, unauthorized network intrusions, or external system failures outside our direct architecture maintenance.
Clients may manage or cancel retainer services via the Client Portal. Services terminated mid-cycle will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing period.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable business jurisdiction in which Sekhem Solutions operates.
